In 1946,the first toyota sewing machine,model HA-1, was built under the strict supervision of Mr Kichiro Toyoda, the founder of TOYOTA Moto Corporation.Mr Toyoda highly praised HA-1 for it's functionality and it's beauty and since the quality of HA-1 was so outstanding he allowed it to carry the same trademark as the toyota automobiles. This was the beginning of the TOYOTA sewing machine.
