5.1 Sending your goods back to us.
We will gladly refund your purchase if this is conducted within 7 working days following the date of delivery, please retain all packaging as it is needed in the event of a return otherwise use suitable protective packaging as any damaged goods will be the customers responsibility. We recommend that you use insurance when sending your goods to back to us. Return of the goods will at the customers expense and should be returned as soon as possible.
If you fail to return goods as soon as possible we can deduct the actual collection charge from your refund if we have to arrange collection if cancelling the contract under your cooling off period. The customer has to inform us via email or in writing that they are returning the goods within 7 working days in order that your credit card details can be credited within thirty days. However if goods do not meet the contract please contact our company to discuss.
6.1 If your item is not in stock we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and have a full refund.
