1.1 Our policy is to deliver all orders over £30.00 free to the UK mainland. For other destinations please call customers services on 01332 347941.
Orders under £30.00 a small order surcharge of £2.50 will be applied.
1.2 Orders placed before 2pm on a working day will be despatched the same working day. Orders after 2pm will be despatched the next working day. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday or Fridays will be despatched on the next working day, if we can not despatch, you will be notified by Email and given the option to a refund or an alternative delivery date. Saturday delivery can be arranged. Please contact customer services.
1.3 Foxsdirect.com will not be held responsible for any delays beyond our resonable control. If we become aware of any impending delay we will contact you to advise you of the delay and give you the option of an alternative delivery date or you can cancel your order and obtain a full refund.
1.4 All deliveries will need to be signed for and you are responsible for the goods once delivered.
2.1 All major credit cards are accepted Visa, MasterCard, solo, Maestro and Amex. Foxsdirect.com does not see your card details as this is conducted via world pay.
2.3 All Prices are in UK pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

3.1 Sewing machines, Overlockers, Presses carry a full manufacturers guarantee: - During the guarantee period if your machine becomes in need of attention owing to a fault caused through faulty components, we will arrange collection, repair and return of your machine at no charge to you. However if the fault is due to misuse or neglect by the customer then a charge will be applied to rectify the problem including delivery. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
